Cancellation and Refund Policy, Classes & Lectures
General Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be received three (3) or more business days before a class or lecture. There is no refund on cancellations made fewer than three (3) business days before a class or lecture.
- There is a $10 processing fee on all refunds.
Class Cancellations & Refunds
Although it seldom happens, classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, or for other reasons outside our control. A full refund will be made to you in the event the Bellevue Botanical Garden Society cancels a class.
Individual Cancellations for classes
If you find you cannot attend the class you’ve registered for, you have two options:
- Provided you have notified us at least three (3) business days prior to the class, we can issue you a refund of the registration fee – less a $10 processing fee – to the card you used in the original transaction. There is no refund for cancellations made fewer than three (3) business days before the event.
- You may transfer your class registration to a different class, provided the cost is the same. These requests must be received at least three (3) business days prior to the class.
If you are unable to attend the class you registered for, please email us and let us know if you want a refund or wish to transfer your registration to another class, and which class you wish to transfer to.
There is no refund if you miss your class.
Lecture Cancellations & Refunds
There is no refund for cancellations of member tickets for most lectures, as the price paid is less than the $10 processing fee. In this case, we recommend giving your ticket to a friend or transferring your ticket to another lecture, provided the cost is the same. Transfer requests must be received at least three (3) business days prior to the lecture.
If you wish to transfer your ticket to another lecture, or if you purchased a lecture ticket at the non-member price and wish to request a refund, please email us and let us know.
There is no refund if you miss your lecture.
