Taught by Deborah Wilk. Celebrate the autumn equinox with a restorative forest bathing experience as day and night come into perfect balance. As we walk slowly from the upper flower-filled garden to the more forested areas, we will renew our connection to the natural world, noticing the cooler air, breathing deep the scent of fallen leaves, and basking in the changing colors as we transition towards autumn.
