Gardening or walking in the forest have positive impacts on young people’s health, including physical, mental, emotional, and social dimensions. This webinar will explore evidence-based approaches to using time in nature with youth to improve their total wellness. Expect a presentation of current research, followed by practical ways to use facts to intentionally engage youth in nature.
