Cool Plants Hot Topics: Become a Pollinator Protector
September 14, 2025 at 9:30 am - 3:00 pm
Varied Cost
Join the WSU Extension King County Master Gardeners for a wonderful opportunity to learn much more about the important role pollinators and native plants can play in your garden. These are among today’s most critical issues in mindful gardening. You’ll also learn more about gardening as our climate changes, and you’ll take away valuable insights you can use right away.
Our three speakers are passionate about these topics and have much to share. Simultaneously, several of our area’s plant growers will join us and offer a great selection of plants to purchase for your fall landscaping. These growers are small businesses with no storefront, so we know you’ll find them special too. Learn more details about the day and register HERE.
That afternoon, the new WSU Extension Master Gardener exhibit at BBG, Habitats at Home, will be formally dedicated with a ribbon cutting. This garden demonstrates many of the topics you’ll learn about from our speakers. Learn more about Habitats at Home HERE.
