Nancy Kartes Curator of Living Collections 

Full-Time • Salary $88,075.24 – $121,541.71 • Application Deadline: 9/10/26

Thanks to a generous gift, the Bellevue’s Parks and Community Services Department has a unique opportunity for you to be part of the Bellevue Botanical Garden.  A private donor has established an endowment to fund the full-time salary of a Curator in perpetuity.  The role is the first full-time position in the Garden’s history dedicated to Living Collections.   This position has primary responsibility for all curatorial work including overseeing plant records volunteers and interns and supports horticultural and educational efforts at the Garden.

The Bellevue Botanical Garden Society is seeking a Finance Director. This is a newly created position designed to bring financial operations fully in-house and establish a stable, reliable foundation for continued growth. The Finance Director will take ownership of day-to-day financial execution, enabling the Board Treasurer to focus on governance and oversight, while serving as a strategic financial partner with the Executive Director.
