Living Lab Field Trip Request
We offer in-person and virtual field trips and an in-school option. Schools with student groups of 17 or more, please fill out the request form below. Classes with 16 or fewer students and homeschool groups should refer to these instructions.

In general, field trips are offered in the fall from the third week in September to the third week in October and in the spring from the fourth week of March to the third week of June. In-person Living Lab field trips are generally scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9:30 to 11:30 am, with some flexibility. In-school programs can be scheduled for weekday afternoons or Thursdays. You will be informed of your placement or asked for more information within a month after submitting your request. If you need to know sooner, let us know in your comments.
Our goal is to serve as many schools/groups as possible in a fair, safe, and inclusive way. You can make as many requests as you like. However, we will consider how many groups are coming from the same school and limiting that to two grade levels per session.
