Jeffrey Bale is an Oregon native residing in the beautiful city of Portland. It was an early trip to Spain and Portugal that introduced Jeffrey to the “Art of Mosaic.” When he returned home, he taught himself how to build pebble and tile mosaics and frequently uses them to embellish his garden designs for clients (including at Dan Hinkley’s Windcliff) and for himself.
